An upgrade is being made to the Campus Mobile App with plans to phase out older versions of the app to ensure UQ are getting the latest benefits of improved functionality.
Please ensure if you have the Campus Mobile App on your phone that you update to the latest version by 12 May, 2017.
To do this follow the instructions below:
1. Go to the App Store / Play Store on your phone
2. Search for Campus Mobile by Serko
3. If the app shows as UPDATE then you should tap update to update to the latest version.
If the app shows as OPEN, no action is required as the app is already using the latest version.
If you do not update the app prior to the 12 May 2017 you will receive the following error message:
‘Error – this app is no longer supported’.
