UQ travel allowance rates increase
Following a recent review, UQ travel allowance rates will increase from 1 April 2025.
The travel allowance is calculated per overnight stay while travelling on UQ business.
Claims submitted for travel on or after the implementation date of 1 April 2025 will be paid at the new rate.
If you have already submitted a travel allowance claim for a trip that begins on or after 1 April 2025, or for a trip that overlaps the effective date, the Payment Services team will contact you to further discuss your claim.
Once a claim is fully approved in ExpenseMe Pro, it will be paid into your personal bank account, normally at least 5 days prior to your departure. If the claim is approved closer to or after the travel date, it will be paid in the next available payment run.
