UQ Travel Services Provider – FCM Travel Solutions

On Monday 2 November 2020 UQ’s travel services provider, Campus Travel, will be re-branded as FCM Travel Solutions (FCM).

What does this mean for UQ travellers and bookers?

  • Travel consultant’s email addresses will change to uq@fcmtravel.com.au. All enquiries must be sent to uq@fcmtravel.com.au.
  • Travel documentation (including quotes, invoices and itineraries) will be branded with the FCM logo.
  • Centralised form of payment for all travel bookings (no need to use credit card).
  • Whilst the physical Campus Travel office at St Lucia will be closed, the FCM travel consultant team remains available via email and phone contact.

FCM has committed to delivering improved travel services and systems for UQ travellers, including:

  • A new user-friendly Online Booking Tool, including international travel bookings;
  • A wider variety of accommodation options at different price points via an aggregator; and
  • New Profile Management Tool to easily update and manage individual’s travel information.

The above initiatives, and the replacement of the UniFi international travel approval system, are currently on hold until travel restrictions are eased.
